Overview

Ericeira sits on the Mafra coast roughly 40 minutes north of Lisbon, a working fishing town that has become one of the strongest second-home and short-stay markets on the Portuguese Atlantic. The site is a short walk from the old town and the clifftop path above Praia dos Pescadores.

We acquired the plot to deliver four private residences totalling approximately 620 m² on a 1,800 m² site. The scheme steps down the slope so that each unit holds its own terrace and sea outlook, with parking and storage absorbed into the lower level.

Location

The site sits on the southern edge of Ericeira's historic centre, between the town's restaurants and shops and the coastal path running down towards Ribeira d'Ilhas. The surrounding streets are low-rise and residential, with the Atlantic front two blocks west.

Ericeira is a designated World Surfing Reserve and draws consistent year-round demand from both Lisbon buyers and international residents. Access to the capital runs via the A21 and the A8.
